The rug itself is amazing, but the shipping and communication was disappointing. I was expecting my rug to be delivered in approximately two weeks like they said and based off of the reviews. But it took almost 1 months to arrive. I emailed to check in after 2 weeks and they informed me my package got lost and sent out a new one. I just wish they had communicated that with me instead of me having to reach out and find it out myself. Overall the rug is beautiful and soft, just warning it might take longer to ship than they say.

Obsessed!! It's so soft and plush, looking WAY more expensive than it cost. The checkerboard pattern is trendy while still blending in with my other pieces. This rug is totally worth it! I cannot recommend it enough.

It was nicely rolled. There were a couple of small rips in the plastic from shipping but it didn't harm anything. There was no discoloration/wetness in those places (or anywhere). There's no abnormal smell to the rug. Honestly, it's exactly what I wanted. The color is beautiful. The corners and sides are all in good shape. There is a little buckling from being rolled and transported but I expect it to flatten out pretty quickly. It's not a super thick rug but it's like any other rug I've purchased at this price point, maybe even a bit thicker or softer than previous rugs I've gotten at this price. I never expected this rug to be of the same quality as $300 - $500 rugs. It'll be perfect for my house with 2 dogs and a cat as it looks like it will vacuum well while still maintaining some homeyness around here. If I have any issues, I'll update the review.

My husband and I bought a house last year and we FINALLY moved in after completely renovating it. We installed fake wood floors so they would be easy to clean, but I wanted something under the dining room table. After much research, I decided to buy this rug and I am very pleased that I did! It looks great in our space and really adds warmth to the room. It is pretty soft for how low the pill is.
Well, we had our first ever guests come over for dinner and before they left, I noticed some liquid on the wood flooring near the rug. I immediately knew it was cat urine and began cleaning it up. As I was, our guests pointed out that there was pee on the rug too. I was so disappointed that my brand new rug was ruined, but let me tell you... It cleaned up so easily! No staining either which is a blessing!

This is not a huge rug, but it was just what we needed to place under our small couch in the living room. My wife spilled a little paint on it and she was able to spot clean it well enough. It's soft to the touch and easy to vacuum. It doesn't collect dust and dirt so it stays relatively clean. Good deal for the price since we love the checkerboard pattern.
